Finally, the fee also includes a corporate minute book containing the corporate seal and stock certificates. There are no added fees, hidden costs or options that cost extra. The articles of incorporation (the first document required by the Secretary of State's office) is filed within 48 hours from when a business owner gives us permission to submit the document.
