OUR SERVICE
Incorporate in California - Our firm incorporates businesses as "C" corporations or Subchapter "S" corporations.
The attorney's fees and costs (including the fees paid to the state and for the corporate minute book) for incorporating vary from $850 to $1,500 depending upon the complexity of the situation. The fee includes an analysis of the legal needs of the business so that the proper legal entity is created for the business. For corporations, the firm will file the articles of incorporation, draft by-laws tailored to the needs of the owners of the corporation, issue the shares of stock, draft a buy/sell agreement, obtain the EIN, hold the first meeting of the board of directors then draft the minutes for the meeting, give instructions as to when corporate minutes should be kept in the future and provide examples of minutes, prepare the corporate information form for the California Secretary of State's Office and where necessary, prepare and file a fictitious business statement in the county where the business is located. For Subchapter "S" corporations the Subchapter "S" election form is filed with the IRS. In addition, the firm provides one hour of free legal consultation to the business owners.
Companies are incorporated within two business days.
